Inmates asked us to send a message to someone.
We message the civilian and ask them if they want to allow correspondence from the inmate to be sent to them. If they allow it, they must install the app to communicate with their correspondent.
After the civilian install the app, they must register or log in before they can read messages.
Once correspondence is approved, both the inmate and civilian, send us messages that we relay to the other party.

Get the app from app store or google play store.
If you have already registered, you can log in directly. If you have already registered, you can log in directly. If not, you can click the "register" button.
When registering an account, you must enter a valid email address and the same telephone number as the number where the message was received.
After login / register, you can read and reply the message. Your message is not immediately sent to your correspondent.
If we have sent your message to inmate, your message will be given a “sent” status.
If inmate sends a message to you, we will send a notification to the app.
You can delete your account in settings > manage account, and then click the “Delete My Account” button
